Anna & Will’s sophisticated Riversdale wedding at the Bundanon Trust the architecturally acclaimed building home to the Boyds, began with a ceremony overlooking the Shoalhaven River, framed by flowers and love.
Anna & Will knew each other for quite a while before any romance blossomed. They were both studying medicine together at university and they eventually started to see each other more. Furthermore, Anna admits their relationship was a bit awkward to begin with. However, It lasted all through university and across a few cities. Their portraits were all taken on site as we casually walked around the scenic landscapes taking in all the vistas on offer.
I took advantage of the slick polished walls and art on display. The reception was also on site at the Arthur and Yvonne Boyd Education Centre, Bundanon Trust, which was styled with wattle and other gorgeous blooms, decor which they collected from op shops, Russian Dolls which they specifically bought in Moscow and their mid-century furniture. Above all, I tried to incorporate as many personal items to make their wedding breathtaking.
It was a beautiful night of heart felt speeches, many ceremonial vodka shots, crazy dancing with the bride and groom choosing not have the traditional bridal waltz instead opening the dancefloor to everyone and blasted ‘You’ve Got the Love’ by Florence and the Machine as their first party song. A beautiful day for a beautiful couple.
